Acrid Pod

Acrid Pod is flora in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. It can be used to make special kinds of ammunition, including grenade arrows and storm arrows. It can be found growing on rocks and boulders near running water throughout all areas of the Western Frontier. The acrid pod is found within a rosette of thick, leathery leaves. The seeds within the pod are suspended within a viscous, corrosive oil which is damaging to living material and metals. It is this liquid that the Na'vi in the Western Frontier carefully extract and use to construct arrowheads, spearheads, and as fire starters.
