Atanwey is the shaman of the oldest Na'vi clan, the Ni'awve.
Biography[]
Atanwey was about to investigate the smoke columns with warrior Tsamlok and human Ryan Lorenz, but he was captured by humans before Lorenz met him and Tsamlok in the meeting point. Ryan Lorenz came to Atanwey's rescue, and he was joined by a thanator. After the guards had been disabled, Atanwey mounted the Thanator and rode back home.
Later back in the hometree, Atanwey asked Ryan Lorenz to open up a pathway from Valley of Origins to the Valley of the Thanators. He also asked Ryan to stop metal birds while they were resting in the Valley of the Thanators.[1]
