Look, I'm here just to grab some snacks. These hippies cook better food than the RDA slop I'm used to, so there is that.

Billy Nash was a member of the Resistance who died during the Second Pandoran War.

Background[]

Billy was a munitions expert who joined the Resources Development Administration for a chance at adventure and came to Pandora with the RDA's second invasion. He soon realized it was not the heroic crusade he had hoped for and found himself in the middle of the RDA's destruction of Pandora in the pursuit of corporate greed.

He did not seek out the Resistance, but when they raided a small outpost he was stationed at, he took the opportunity to defect. Many of the more committed Resistance members did not trust his motivations and kept him at arm's length. His locker room bravado and brash humor did not endear him to anyone, and he was often found slacking off or breaking the rules. He was tolerated instead of being liked or respected.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora[]

Billy Nash was part of the team who came to release the kids from the cryopods in the The Ambassador Program building.

During the Resistance party, Billy feels out of place, as it seems Daniela Neves-MacKay is keeping an eye for any suspicious behavior he does. The Sarentu points out he has a gun at a party, and he talks about how he feels no one should be partying when the RDA is undefeated. Billy wonders if he made his situation worse by joining the Resistance.

After the bombardment of Resistance HQ, John Mercer captured the protagonist and Billy. Trapped, they coordinated in an attempt to escape the facility together. He ultimately sacrificed himself so the Resistance and the Sarentu would survive, becoming the hero he wished to be.

A memorial can be built for him by Jin-young MacKay during the quest The Memorial.
