CON-DEV is an administrative entity of the Resources Development Administration established after 2154, whose role is to strengthen cooperation between construction companies and other entities working on the construction of the city base in Bridgehead.
CON-DEV is responsible for all construction work on the territory of Bridgehead City, in charge of hexbots, robotic cranes and construction airships.
