Lieutenant Cassandra Slate is one of the secondary antagonists of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora in The Sky Breaker DLC.
She is one of Harding's Lieutenants who worked at Command Station Bravo in the Heart of the Plains region of the Western Frontier of Pandora. She was eventually killed by the protagonist.

Cassandra Slate is an ex-special ops, ex-intelligence operative, now serving as one of Harding's lieutenants in the RDA.
She was an orphan found living semi-ferally in urban ruins. Despite her rough start, or perhaps in spite of it, Slate grew up transitioning seamlessly from orphanage to military school. She moved quickly through the ranks, then on to special forces, and finally, intelligence.
Slate was eventually promoted to a desk job in charge of a whole continent - and absolutely hated it. She took a demotion and joined the Pandora operation just to get back in the action.

The Sky Breaker[]
Cassandra Slate and the rest of Harding's lieutenants were stationed at Sec-ops Command camps. They were ordered to kill the Sarentu's banshee after Harding placed a bounty on it. She is later killed by the protagonist at Command Station Bravo.

She is a proficient tactician and strategist yet uses that knowledge not to minimize losses but to create intense yet winnable scenarios. Fixated and solipsistic, she is relentless and will not stop while the enemy still has a pulse. She is regarded as either worrisome or absolutely terrifying by most people.
