Chizue Sakai[1] is one of the controllable RDA commanders in the mobile game Avatar: Pandora Rising.
Biography[]
Chizue Sakai is a quiet woman of few words and even fewer friends. The only personnel she communicates with is her close circle of officers. Little is known about her previous life on Earth or how she was recruited to the RDA. Regardless, she has proven herself to be a powerful and strategic executive. Rumors spread that she has possible ties to the Yakuza after a tattooed Japanese cadet in her ranks mysteriously died in his sleep.[2]
