Clan favor in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is in-game currency with which you can purchase unique items from Vendors.
Units of favor are depicted as rounded, blue petal-like shapes.
A player can check how much clan favor they have accumulated by navigating to the Character section of the game’s menu. A blue spiral graphic in the bottom left corner indicates how much favor the player has collected, with each notch in the spiral representing a ‘unit’ of favor.
Gaining clan favor[]
Clan favor can only be gained by:
- Completing Primary quests
- Completing Secondary quests
- Destroying RDA facilities
- Donating inventory items to clan contribution baskets
- Defeating RDA aircraft randomly spawned on the map (defeating randomly spawned ground patrols does not award favor, however)
25 units of clan favor can be held at a time. Once a player has collected the maximum amount of clan favor, no more can be gained until some is spent. A notification that the player cannot gain more favor appears when performing an action that ordinarily would award it while already possessing the maximum amount.
It is time consuming to gather clan favor, but certain skills, gear, gear mods, and foods offer boosts to the amount of clan favor earned, which will increase accumulation of favor by a certain percentage after completing tasks or quests which award it.
Clan favor boosters[]
- Way of the Diplomat ancestor skill. Not available until you reach the Upper Plains. Also, not clear by how much exactly it boosts clan favor

- Certain chest guard mods give a 5% or 10% clan favor boost. You can buy the latter from Koranu at the Aranahe Hometree.

- The Cheesy Bake specialty dish, made with Zakru Milk and a Fire Seed, grants a 20% favor boost effect for a limited time.
- At least one more gear item that boosts clan favor is given as a reward in one of the main quests.

Gameplay recommendations[]
Stock up on clan favor, unless you need something you can purchase with it. As the game progresses, new and better items will appear in vendors’ inventories, and late game items will cost a lot of favor.
