Cloud Spitter Seed

The seed of the explosive cloud spitter is encased in a nodular, armored shell. It is well adapted to survive a tough landing after being ejected from its parent plant. The seed can only be gathered after it has been ejected.

Cloud spitter seeds are most commonly found across the Windswept Grasslands biome of the Upper Plains.

Rarer cloud spitter seeds are often found around the Weeping Steps of the Upper Plains. It is easier to follow the seeds to the ground from the back of an ikran.

Na'vi Culture[]

The seed of the cloud spitter is a staple food of Na'vi that inhabit the upper plains, and wise harvesters can predict where ejected seeds can be found and easily gathered.
