Biography[]

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora — So'lek's Journey[]

In 2158, Entok trained So'lek in the ways of the Anurai clan. He takes him to the bone graveyard and asks him to choose one of the bones from the thanator's skeleton, and try to be patient if he wants to learn the customs of the Anurai and make a flute, as did Entu, the first Toruk Makto, shown in the rocks. Despite So'lek's impatience and his arguments with Entok, So'lek completed the making of the flute, and then the old warrior gave him one last lesson: play his flute, and approach a thanator, whom So'lek was gradually tamed, and the ferocious predator did not even think about attacking.

After bonding with the thanator, So'lek returned to the Anurai and greeted his master. When Entok asked him why he had released the thanator back into the jungle, he assured him that he would not deprive the beast of its home for the sake of his whims. Then Entok called him before the Tsahìk Tiali, who also wanted to speak with the guest, and then So'lek bade farewell to his master and thanked him for his help, to which he half-jokingly asked him if he had received any help. Nevertheless, she helped him, and not just for that, but for the sake of the story that will one day be told about So'lek, about his terrible experience with the Anurai, and about all the other trials that lie ahead.

Avatar: Pandora Rising[]

Entok is an older, stoic Na'vi hunter from "the old guard" of the Anurai.[1] He is descended from a long line of skilled Na'vi hunters and trackers and holds his family hunting traditions as sacred. Many of the younger Na'vi hunters respect Entok as a master hunter but do not adhere to his antiquated hunting customs. In return, he has no patience for their flippant attitude towards tradition and is typically unimpressed with the abilities of the current generation of hunters.[2] Entok epecializes in sturmbeest hunting.[3]
