The Flak Cannon Turret is an automatic turret with a mounted dual SAM batteries found on the Western Frontier in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.[1] Despite the name, it does not have flak cannons, rather, the missiles being used contain flak.

A heavy duty ground-to-air turret that uses explosive projectiles to defend RDA facilities from aerial threats.[1]
After encountering more airborne dangers on Pandora than anticipated, RDA SecOps quickly decided to stock up facility defense perimeters with Flak Cannons. This model uses explosive projectiles for increased damage and airspace control. While heavily armoured, it is still prone to technological interference and attacks from the ground.[1]
