Forest Seaweed is a fibrous water plant that can be used as a weapon crafting material in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora.
The forest seaweed is a green petaled lily that grows in shallow water throughout the Kinglor Forest, often in the shade. As with others of its genus, an air-filled bulb provides the buoyant base for a flowering stalk. Beneath, a feathery stem roots the plant to the stream, river, or pool bed it grows in.
Bast is the tough, flexible fibre that is gathered from the inner bark of various plant varieties, notably Pandoran water plants. Na'vi use various coarse bast to weave into strings, ropes, and harder textiles.
Gathering and Crafting[]
Forest seaweed is most commonly found in shallow waters throughout the Kinglor Forest, however, rarer specimens can be found in the Swamp Lowlands biome around the Woodsprite Arches of the Kinglor Forest. Best-quality forest seaweed bast can be harvested in dry weather.
When used in a crafting recipe, the resulting weapon will do an additional 5% damage to wildlife.
