The glider fin is a Pandoran species of tiny fish usually located in shallow waters, although they occasionally venture into the open ocean and migrate between regions in search of food. They feed mostly on microscopic plankton-like marine animals. They are usually found in schools of a hundred. They have a tendency to be eaten by seafaring predators such as ilu, but if they manage to survive, their lifespans are around a year. They can lay up to 200,000 eggs in their lifetimes.
Anatomy[]
The gliderfins' body has intricate patterns that run along both the upper portions of their body and their fins. They have a single tail fin which helps thrust them while swimming. Like most Pandoran creatures, the glider fin has two pairs of eyes.
