Kitangi is a bow master of the Aranahe Clan in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. She is a dear friend of Nefika.

At first glance, Kitangi seems to be a cold, stern teacher. However, she often surprises people with wisdom. Though she may seem tough and demanding to her students, she is warm and loving to her family, such as her partner Ongwi and her son Neyan.
She respects tradition above all else, especially when it comes to Aranahe craftmanship. She views bow-making and archery as a practical art and has a long-standing friendly rivalry with Nefika. Nefika thinks she needs to loosen up, while Kitangi wants her to openly recognize that her bow mastery is an important and beautiful art. Thanks to this art, she generally has some weapon parts to spare, and is pleased to share her expertise with young hunters hoping to improve.

Sarentu is introduced to Kitangi by Nefika when they first visit Aranahe's Hometree, she is in the room to Relun's left. After speaking with her, the Sarentu is sent to learn how to hunt Sturmbeest from Eetu.
