Liani is said to be the best hunter of the Anurai Clan, but is not interested in the title of Hunter Leader.
She and Ninang have been rivals since they were young. She once lost to him in a game of hide-and-seek.
She is the daughter the great hunter Zureyn, her father, but he is now deceased. She believes Raven's parents betrayed the clan by stealing their sacred relic (a horn).
She is interested in born carving and wishes to capture the texture of the Hulanta Clan's pottery by learning their skills.
Biography[]
She is met by Raven around the year 2170. Liani is distrustful of Raven, considering them a demon, and holds them hostage.
She wins a contest against Ninang and becomes Hunter Leader.
She assists Raven in connecting to the Spirit Tree, and they learn the clan's horn relic was hidden in an RDA camp.
Along with Houtun, Liani and the Anurai would assist Raven in fighting Trinity Harper and her Black Squad.

Information on her is only available through datamining the game and by reading the Avatar: Reckoning script.
Two Na'vi women resembling Liani (one who is with a Na'vi man who resembles Ninang) appear in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora — So'lek's Journey, although it is unclear if either are supposed to be Liani. Their minor outfit changes can be explained considering Reckoning is supposed to set about 12 years after Solek's Journey.
