Matka'mela is a nervous zakru, often anxious and traumatized since the death of his friend Pasuk at the hands of the RDA.

The Sarentu meets Matka'mela after the RDA attack on the Great Games Camp: the zakru was scared by the explosions and fled to the cradle of the zakru, south of the Shady Rest camp: the Zeswa Clan's attempts to calm him down were unsuccessful, so the Sarentu will have to eliminate the source of the fear - a squad of RDA soldiers stationed nearby. Only then will Matka'mela allow himself to be approached.
After completing the quest, Matka'mela can be found in the Great Games Camp: the zakru will be peacefully lying next to one of the Zeswa.
