Moore was a suicidal avatar driver who was killed by the RDA.

Biography

He was an officer at the Forward Base and was in charge of an area of the wetlands. While on a mission to suppress the Na'vi, he grew tired of it and his conviction as a soldier crumbled. He despised being part of the shameless attack on the wetland Na'vi by the RDA, so he deserted during battle.

He wandered for a long time, wanting to get as far away from humans as possible. He has since been living in the Highlands for a short time with the Rey'tanu Clan, allowing him to dress like a Na'vi so that even if he dies, he will die among the Na'vi. He is afraid of waking up in his human body, fearing he will never be an avatar again.

He wishes to be one of the Na'vi, and so his disgust and contempt towards humanity drove him to slice off his finger.

Avatar: Reckoning

Raven comes across him while exploring the Highlands. Moore attacks Raven, recognizing them as an avatar. Raven beats him, and Moore told Raven of his identity, and how he defected after the War of the Wetlands. In a suicidal mood, he asks Raven to find his human body at a link site, and kill him by shooting him in the head.

While near the link site, Raven discovers from a guard that the RDA eventually decided to cut his link to the avatar. When Moore awoke as a human, he found a gun and shot three guards. However, he was executed by the RDA soon after.
