Moran works in the Avatar Program on Pandora, under Grace Augustine, he is also one of the Avatar drivers. Moran is the contact of Ryan Lorenz at Hell's Gate. He tells Ryan his mission, to mark all the unobtanium deposits he could find. When Ryan got lost he tried several times to reestablish contact with Moran, but was unable to do so due to radio malfunction. After Ryan had rescued Sylwanin from Hell’s Gate, Moran came with Grace Augustine to warn Ryan Lorenz that he is in danger and needs to go to the Tree of Souls.
