The Mountain Banshee Project is developed by the Pandora Conservation Initiative to study and conserve those parts of the Pandora ecosystem that are directly related to the mountain banshee.

Studying the process of restoration of the Pandora ecosystem after the intervention of the RDA forces, the scientists found that one of the animals can serve as a reliable bioindicator and depending on the state of the local population of mountain banshees, it can be talk about how successfully you are doing your Initiative work. Since the damage caused by the RDA to the Valley of Mo'ara could not be overestimated (many bodies of water were polluted, as well as significant deforestation), it was here that the Mountain Banshee Project was started and has been underway for several decades.
Jaclyn Ogden the head of the project, also the banshee specialist, is the first Initiative scientist to receive her own avatar and was able to establish a connection with the banshee. This was a turning point for her: she was no longer just an observer, but was physically connected to this magnificent predator, becoming closer to it than anyone before, and now Dr. Ogden helps other researchers and ecotourists to become with the banshee
