Nera'nak is one of the elders of the Tawkami Clan. She was captured by the RDA and interrogated about the willow tree in Greenhome. Nok heard that she had been captured and was able to free her from the humans. She thanked him and said that the Elders would ask Eywa what should be done about the sky people.
She spoke to Eywa along with the other elders and discovered that Eywa could not see the humans. She sent Nok back to hometree via a secret entrance. Once Nok had destroyed the device on the willow tree, she and the other elders sent him to the Skycliffs.
She appeared with the other elders at the top of Floating Cave in the Highcrags to inform Nok that he was the Alaksi Nari. The elders also traveled to the Blightground to offer Nok some support there.
