Apprentice of Faiu, the whimsical adventurer, Niwin struggles to keep up not due to inability or lack of skill, but the lack of experience combined with his mentor's unpredictability. Niwin is in fact a skilled ikran rider and a reliable scout. While he is persistent in his efforts, he is often prone to overlooking important matters in his rush, which causes all kinds of trouble.
