Dr. Phil Bennet is a researcher and avatar driver on Pandora.

Biography

He once traveled on the same convoy as Raven's mother and father. Phil was part of the team that was lost near the Hulanta Clan lands when their Samsons were attacked by numerous Banshees, and possibly a Great Leonopteryx as well. Previously, the RDA was looting the clay pots of the Hulanta clan.

Attacked by Grody Gruellers

Phil twisted his ankle in the crash and was attacked by several Grody Gruellers. Phil was saved by a soldier who had orders to rescue the scientists. Together they walked towards the crash site when they were attacked by thanator. The soldier sacrificed himself with a grenade to fight off the thanator.

Trivia

• According to datamines, it is mentioned he once stole a relic, a jar, from the Hulanta clan. It is also mentioned Phil's avatar was killed by a great leonopteryx which attacked all the surviving soldiers and researchers. Being killed in his avatar form psychologically traumatized him. Raven asks Edmund Langford where Phil is now, and says Raven will meet him in the future.
