RDA Restraint Cuffs (unofficial name) are basic slap on handcuffs.
Unlike old-fashioned handcuffs from previous centuries, their advanced and versatile design allows them to easily and quickly restrain anyone regardless of age or wrist size, as well as the limbs of wildlife if need be. Na'vi have larger wrists than humans, so these handcuffs can allow the Resources Development Administration or Security Operations to hold them captive.
They have orange silicone bands for the wrists, two black blocks in the middle on it with hinges with arrows pointing left and right, and lock onto the limbs of a person.
