Refinery is a RDA base in the Wetlands. It operates separately from the Forward Base. Refinery houses a lot of SecOps squads that specialize urban and trench warfare.[1]
RDA for some reason captured O'ame and took her to the Refinery. This lead Raven and Ro'até attacking Refinery and saving her, killing many RDA soldiers and avatars in the process.[1]
