Rocky Plateau is a small ridge that connects on to the northern edge of Dragon's Graveyard. It is little more than an uninhabited outcropping of rock which is attached onto the eastern end of the Needle Hills.

It is not necessary to travel there as part of the main plot of the game. The only reason to go there is for the sector challenges.
