Sage mushrooms are flora and a cooking ingredient in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, found in caves throughout Pandora, with rarer sage mushrooms found growing near dragon mushrooms. Best-quality sage mushrooms can be harvested at night.

Growing in caves from wide-webbed root structures, the stemmed sage mushroom consists of a three-lobed, filled head. Blue or turquoise in color and highly prized by the Na'vi, sage mushrooms are considered tasty, meat-textured mushrooms.

Mushrooms are the fruiting head of a fungus. They grow across Pandora and are used by the Na'vi in many ways, primarily as food but often as medicine.
