The Shaman (Na'vi name: Tiretu meaning "spirit person")[1] is one of the titles that clan members can have. They mainly perform ritual and religious functions, presiding over great ceremonies, singing songs and even connecting with the spirits and with Eywa herself. However, this title is not the same as a spiritual leader.
Known Shamans[]
- Atanwey (Ni'awve, non-canon)
- Lungoray (Tipani, non-canon)
- The Shaman (Omatikaya, 3000 years ago)
- The Shaman of Songs (Omatikaya, future)
