Shane Salerno is an American screenwriter, producer, director and New York Times bestselling author. He co-wrote Avatar 5 with James Cameron which is intended for release in 2031.[1][2] In the past he has worked both in film and television, with key roles on the production of Armageddon (1998) and the Aliens vs Predator franchise (2004-2007)
