Spearhead Camp is a small Na'vi settlement in the southwest of Kxanìa Taw. The only path out is the dry riverbed which bends northwards towards the East Complex. The western end is surrounded by spiky poles which form a gateway into the village.
There is a Tree of Vision and an ikran rider in the village.
