Sunset Reed

Sunset Reed is flora and a weapon crafting material in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. Most commonly found in shallow water amongst the Crimson Tree biome in the Upper Plains, however, rarer sunset reed can be found along the shores of the Doula's Stream and around the Daughter's Pool in the Upper Plains. Best-quality sunset reed can be harvested when the plant is exposed to blood leaf pollen.

Sunset Reed is a reed-grass native to the Upper Plains that grows in damp, sandy soil. It is often found growing in clumps near blood leaf trees.

Reed is the name given to several grass species which are tall growing and have long, hollow stems. Reed can be woven into cordage and other materials in crafting.
