The Cut is a subregion of the Clouded Forest, which is a region located in Pandora's Western Frontier.
The southern part of the Clouded Forest is traversed by deep gorges, so that the rivers that feed the Kinglor Forest flow far below, and the steep slopes of the mountains are covered with Braided Crimson Tree and Snakewood. The Cut is bordered to the north by Stone Cloud Valley, northeast by Cradling Pines and southeast by Kinglor Forest.
