The Science of Avatar is an upcoming documentary series produced in cooperation with National Geographic.[1] The series focuses on the scientific basis and inspirations for what is shown in the Avatar franchise. It is planned to be released around the same time as Avatar: Fire and Ash.[2] [3] The documentary series will be available for viewing on the streaming platform Disney+.[4] [5]
