Trail Moss is spongey red-tinged moss that grows on thick, high-growing vines and can be used as a torso crafting material. Most commonly found in the Clouded Forest, however, rarer trail moss can be found on great vines above the Great Stone Swamp in the west of the Clouded Forest. Best-quality trail moss can be harvested in the rain.
Mosses are small, non-vascular flowering plants that grow in numerous varieties across Pandora. Moss is collected by the Na'vi for use in cookery, building, and crafting. When correctly dried, it is prized for its insulating and absorbent qualities.
