Trinity Jo-Li Bliss, otherwise known simply as Trinity Bliss, is a professional child actress and singer-songwriter.
Career[]
Bliss began her acting career in 2017 when she was cast as Tuktirey in the Avatar sequels, with her first feature film Avatar: The Way of Water released in December 2022.
Her first on-screen appearance was in an episode of the TV show Mr. Corman, playing a minor character named Susan. She stars in the HBO Max television show The Garcias as Alexa Garcia alongside veteran television actors Carlos Lacamara and Ada Maris. She also voices Chloe in the 2024 video game Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.
Bliss is also a singer-songwriter. On April 13, 2022, she released her first official single, "Paradise", followed by more songs along with videoclips. On YouTube, she has a past starring in original songs and covers since 2017, such as a cover of Mariah Carey's holiday song "All I Want For Christmas Is You".
Role in the Avatar sequels[]
Bliss portrayed Jake Sully and Neytiri's youngest child and only biological daughter, Tuktirey, alongside siblings Neteyam, Lo'ak, and Kiri (adopted), played by Jamie Flatters, Britain Dalton, and Sigourney Weaver respectively.
Despite her young age (only 7 at the time of filming), Bliss learned to free-dive for her role in the sequels, mastering the technique alongside her fellow child co-stars. She was able to hold her breath while acting underwater for 3 - 4 minutes.[1]
