Well, we'd better do something... but that something had better not anger the Na'vi.
The unnamed male avatar is a member of the Avatar Program at Hell's Gate during the year 2142. He is one of the 20 original avatar drivers.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Very little is known about him, although he seems to be an assistant of Grace Augustine. He is also seen in a lab coat, implying he may be part of SciOps.
Avatar: Adapt or Die[]

Wearing a lab coat.
When a mysterious illness was affecting the avatars, he was also affected and was locked out of his unconscious avatar. Grace asked him questions about this, and he replies it was not that he fainted, but rather, felt sleepy. Him, Grace and an unnamed blonde driver worked together to push his avatar over and they discovered white blotches on the avatar's back.
He later walked around the perimeter of Hell's Gate to investigate anything odd. Him and Grace found a contaminated dark stream.
Later Life[]

Possibly him in The High Ground.
He may have also appeared in Avatar: The High Ground. Right after Frances Ardmore ends her transmission and Jake says "We stick to the plan!", there is a panel of a somewhat similar looking man. He wears a sleeveless shirt which seems ripped at the sides. If this is him, the shirt may be ripped to convey he is an avatar driver, as he could wear the same shirt on his bigger avatar for convenience. According to the timeline, he would be nearly three decades older, although some people age well and the Avatar series is set in the 22nd century and it is unknown what anti-aging technologies exist, especially when this avatar driver is likely a wealthy talented scientist.
Ultimately, what happened to the man is unknown, such as if he chose to surrender to the RDA or if he decided to join the Resistance.
Trivia[]
- There is a chance he could possibly be a number of other avatars in the series, such as the male basketball avatar, Ryder Masterson, or shirtless avatar.
- There is a chance his name is Dr. Richard Carter who once wrote an avatar manual with Grace.
