|Water Cleaning Colony|
|Behind the Scenes|
A Water Cleaning Colony is a colony of bacteria situated in waters of Pandora, which degrades chemicals. The more polluted the water is, the more active the colony is. Colonies can change shape, shifting from a spikey ball form when pollutants are in water to a slug-like form when the water is clean.
Pandora Conservation Initiative scientists study the colonies' effectiveness in water filtration.
