The Weeping Night Shell is a shell with blue and red hues. Most commonly found near waterfalls in the Upper Plains.

The shell of a mollusk that feeds in fast flowing water around the waterfalls of the Upper Plains. The iridescent purple-blue coloring of the weeping night shell makes it highly prized by the Na'vi.

A shell is the protective exoskeleton of an animal, often an invertebrate. Usually composed of chitin or bone, these hard and decorative objects are collected by Na'vi and used in crafting. Shells are hardy and can sometimes be found discarded by the predators that eat the mollusks within.
Gathering and Crafting[]
Weeping night shells can be found near waterfalls in the Upper Plains, however, rarer weeping night shells can be found near the Weeping Steps of the Step's Cradle subregion in the southwest of the Upper Plains. They are best gathered in dry weather.
When used in a crafting recipe, the resulting head guard will give the player a +2% ranged resistance when worn.
